ANTHONY D. BENGZON obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 1993. He obtained a liberal arts degree in Management Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1989.
He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Intellectual Property Association of the Philippines (IPAP) and the Licensing Executives Society of the Philippines (LES).

FERDINAND M. NEGRE received his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 1991. In 1993, he obtained a post-graduate degree of Master of Intellectual Property at Franklin Pierce Law Center in New Hampshire, USA. In 2004-2005, he attended a Post-Graduate Scholarship Program on Intellectual Property at the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center in Munich, Germany and at the Queen Mary Intellectual Property Research Institute in London, UK.
Mr. Negre teaches Trademark Law & The Internet at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law.

MICHAEL Z. UNTALAN received his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 1992. He obtained his degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines in 1987.
Before joining BNU as a partner, he was a senior associate at the Castillo Laman Tan Pantaleon & San Jose Law Offices and worked with the firm's litigation department and intellectual property practice group.

RHODA REGINA REYES-RARA obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law in 1990, and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree, major in Legal Management, from the same university in 1986. Ms. Reyes-Rara was a partner at Ponce Enrile Reyes & Manalastas Law Offices.
At present, she is BNU's Special Counsel.
